General

• This complimentary trip to Dubai is available exclusively to clients purchasing property through The Foundry under an exclusive buyer’s agreement.

• Buyers will receive 1% of their final investment value as a travel credit, redeemable up to AED 100,000, applied at final closing.

• Maximum of 20 people per group/travel dates.

• The Foundry will arrange, host, and cover all in-Dubai travel, transportation, hospitality, food, drinks, service fees, organized activity costs and entertainment experiences, excluding airfare and personal expenses such as shopping or any free time activities.

• A refundable deposit of AED 65,000 (for 4-night stays) or AED 95,000 (for 6-night stays) is required in advance to confirm arrangements. These amounts cover all curated experiences and accommodations on a single occupancy basis.

• Deposits can be paid by wire transfer or credit card (subject to a 3.5% convenience fee).

• Travel credits—including reimbursement for airfare (with valid receipts)—will be applied only upon completion of a successful property final closing through The Foundry.

• No credits will be issued in the absence of a closing.

• Travelers must be over the age of 21 unless booking a private trip.
   

Eligibility Criteria

• This offer is valid for pre-qualified buyers only. The Foundry reserves the right to request proof of financial capacity prior to confirming travel arrangements.

Trip Cancellation or Rescheduling

• In the event of cancellation by the client, deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation occurs at least 30 days prior to arrival, in which case the client may be eligible for a partial refund at The Foundry’s discretion.

• The Foundry reserves the right to reschedule or modify the itinerary based on availability, weather, or operational reasons.
   

Credit Expiry & Usage

• Travel credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and must be applied to an accepted offer within 6 months of the end of the travel dates unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Credits can only be applied to a finalized transaction with The Foundry as the sole broker of record.
   

Scope of Inclusions

• Inclusions may cover airport transfers, hotel accommodations, dining, drinks, service charges, tour activities, curated property tours, and leisure experiences as pre-approved by The Foundry.

• Any upgrades, incidental charges, or personal expenses beyond the arranged program are the responsibility of the guest.

Airfare Reimbursement Conditions

• Only economy or business class tickets booked within standard market rates are eligible for reimbursement.

• Receipts must be provided within 7 days of return to be considered valid.
   

Force Majeure Clause

• The Foundry shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or expenses resulting from events outside of its control, including but not limited to weather, government restrictions, or travel disruptions.
   

Legal Jurisdiction

• These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
